I don’t know about other countries, but in Brazil we need CountryCode + AreaCode + 8 or 9 digit number. The AreaCode is for region, states and even big cities. Sao Paulo is 11, Rio de Janeiro is 21. The biggest mobile company in Brazil is Vivo, which is not in the list.

Good compiled listing. However, how come some careers are dupped and multiple gateway is listed. Which one to use? see below:
