I bought my breadboard off Amazon:
BB400 Solderless Plug-in BreadBoard
I don’t know much about breadboards, but this one has served me well over the past few weeks. I’ve looked at other since buying this one, and others do not seem quite as durable—The plastic seems more dense; there is more weight in the board; etc.
I have yet to find a place online to buy components. I’ve been buying all so far from my local Radio Shack.
